Description
Floorgear TrueGrip Tackifier
TG320 is a tackifier adhesive for removable carpet tiles designed to provide a permanently tacky film when dry. This facilitates the easy removal and replacement of carpet tiles. The 15kg bucket will cover up to 156sqm.
The product can also be used in Double Stick installations to hold underlays to the floor to facilitate removal and replacement of the underlay/carpet combination.
Suitable for;
- Carpet tiles with felt, bitumen or non-woven fibre backing
- Crumb Rubber Underlays
Type of subfloors :
- Raised wooden access floors
- CTBX – CTBH – OSBR wood panels
- Cement-based screeeds
- Self-Levelling compounds
Apply the tackifier with a roller type anti-drop 12 mm :
- Normally absorbent surfaces : 80-100g/m²
- Wood surfaces : 60-80g/m²
Respect a drying time of 30 to 45 minutes minimum to obtain the permanent tackifying effect and to allow the subsequent removal of the carpet tile.
